Product Safety & Recalls

It is important to us that only safe products are offered to our customers, therefore we ask that each consignor carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our event. As the seller/owner of an item, it is the CONSIGNOR'S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that each item meets the required safety standards.

At drop-offs, each consignor will be required to bring a signed Recall Waiver accepting the liability of the items they bring, and stating they have ensured that none of their items are recalled or do not meet safety standards. The waiver can be printed below.

Carseat Recall List
A list of all carseat recalls. This is The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Child Restraint Recall Campaign Listing. This listing is managed by the Recall Management Division, Office of Defects Investigation Enforcement, and is updated whenever the agency publishes a child safety seat recall, or when new information is added to a recall record.

Note Regarding CRIBS
To comply with crib laws, we will no longer accept cribs manufactured before June 28, 2011. Consigned cribs must either: A) Have the manufacture date on the crib, showing it to be manufactured on or after June 28th, 2011, or B) Have a Certificate of Compliance from the company which manufactured the crib stating that the crib is certified to meet laws 16 CFR 1219 or 16 CFR 1220. Thank you for your understanding as we seek to make the safety of our children priority!
